The Knot has come to Australia

My dear readers it is with great pleasure that we write to inform you that The Knot – Australia has finally arrived. After much anticipation and a huge build up it happened last week on Monday 19th of October. The site looks fantastic and has certainly been a labour of love for all concerned. Our sister company, Wedding Boot Camp, which is also our marketing vehicle for Business in a Box , is featured widely throughout the site.

The marketing campaign was well put together with a few gimmicks along the way. To promote the launch Knot brides took to the streets in both Melbourne and Sydney. The website is packed with great articles, ideas and resources and is every bit as stylish as it’s American big sister.

We really hope you are all going to jump on board and support this great website that has been a long time in the making, and help to really throw the Australian Wedding Planning market into the limelight. Weddings are an important part of the Special Events Industry and the fact that the founder of The Knot in America, Carly Roney,  has seen fit to invest in an Australian version only proves that point even more.
