Xmas Party Planning tip No 1

Are you in charge of planning your office Christmas Party this year? Or maybe you are an event planner with a crowded diary of events to plan over the coming months?
If this is the case you will already be on the search for ideas to make your event ‘sing’ and make you look good in the eyes of your boss and guests. For event planners the task of keeping each event fresh is a challenge, especially if you have a number of similar events in a short space of time; like the Christmas Party rush.
Weddings can be a good source of inspiration for planners and something that is gaining popularity on the Wedding and Corporate circuit is the use of Photo Booths to entertain guests and create mementos of the occasion.
Most of us know what a Photo Booth is. Once only found in shopping centres and at Amusement Parks, stepping inside a Photo Booth just seems to bring out the silly side of most people. I remember crowding into one with my then boyfriend and a girlfriend when I was about 16. I still have the photos and trust me they always make me laugh and not just because of the bad 80’s fashion on show!
Funky Foto Booths at www.funkyfotobooths.com.au offer customisable photo booths for functions and parties and they claim you will have even more fun in one of these than on the dance floor.
Here is what Jamie Lee Curtis had to say about the Photo Booth; “There is something about the anonymity of a photo booth – that you get to pull the curtain and do whatever you want – that is very provocative and freeing. And dangerous. It is the very bright flash that makes everybody look beautiful… It is like movie-star light.”
